Default Multiple contacts folders

Please Login to Remove!

We use Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server. I intend to set up syncing from our two public contacts folders and each user's private contacts folder using desktop sync. Can I set this up so that there is a one-way sync (public contacts folders->Blackberry) for the public folders (so that the public folders are kept unadulterated) and bidirectional for the private contacts folder? I think that I am correct in thinking that any new contacts created on the BB are synced to the user's private contacts folder in Outlook?

Or maybe I am better off to use a third-party app like Add2Exchange to create a totally new contacts folder for each user that would be synced from each user's private contacts folder plus the 2 public folders. Could I then set desktop sync to sync solely with this new private folder?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Micky
