Hi guys..

The last week-end I try to "format" and re-install everything on my BB 7100r and I try to restore the "full" backup I do just before.

But, why in the backup I don't have my ring tones and my wallpaper ?

And also, I try to restore my address book but with no succes. I try to just restore the appointment and the address book (selective restore) and nothing works. I try a full restore, I got my appointment and my contacts but the restore crash near the end.

I think it's a software problem....

Anyone know how to backup ring and wallpaper?

Thats strange. I had to do a restore and my wallpaper and ringtones were there afterwards.

What version of the OS are you running? How about the Desktop Software?

I'm running 4.0.2.25 and mine won't re-install ringtones or the wallpapers automatically, I had to re-install manually.

I have 4.0.xxx and the desktop also I use 4.xx
