Angry 7250 Disconnect

Please Login to Remove!

My 7250 will disconnect from the desktop software (I have installed the latest version) almost immediately after starting the sync process. Sometimes it will complete the synch process then disconnect. What's the problem?

**I have done a hard reset and uninstalled/installed the latest version of the desktop software including the service pak.

I had a similar problem when using the application loader wizard... it just quit mid-process.

Ultimately, I had to just use another computer -- in my case, I was given a new laptop by my company. So I used that... and it worked like a charm. Never disconnected again.

Unfortunately I believe the desktop manager software is very fickle with certain types of computers and their USB connections. I can't explain why, but it appears to be very "hit or miss." Just try a laptop or some other PC.

Have you tried un-installing the Devices Drivers from the Device Manager?
