Has anyone ever experienced this...

I have a user who has a TM/7230 on version 4.0.
Up until recently the phone feature was working w/o any problems.
Now when the phone icon is selected the hourglass popup, spins a few times
then gives the following error message..

ERROR STARTING NET_RIM_BB_PHONE_APP.
MODULE NET_RIM_BB_SMS HAS VERIFICATION ERROR 2810
AT OFFSET 0X5FAF.

So far I've run the apploader to uninstall/reinstall the phone module, and reset/reboot the device.

I've scoured the Blackberry, RIM T-Mobile and googled all over the place.
Any help would be appreciated.

For this one you may want to back up your device and completly erase all application data and handheld data from the device and re-install from the AppLoader icon. If you have manually deleted the app and replaced it and it has not worked then definately wipe the handheld or you will continue to experience these issues!
