Default Unknown icon on BB...

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7290 on T-Mobile and just to the left of the date/time is a small icon of what appears to be a note with a '1' on it and a downwards arrow.

However, I have no tasks outstanding, no voicemails and I cannot figure out what it is to get rid of it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a new service book has been sent down to the device? Options --> Service Books --> and accept, that should do the trick.

Do you have Blackberry Messenger on your BB? It could be a Blackberry Messenger PIN message?

Default Nope - in fact...

I just had a calendar event go off and its icon was just underneath. I dismissed the event and the icon cleared but the icon in question sits just above it... (might help you identify the icon in question).

Is there a screen snapshot of a BB screen and all the icons and their meanings? Must be one somewhere...

Lightbulb browser push

It is an icon indicating that you have recieved a browser push page. If you go to the bookmarks on your blackberry browser, you should see a category called "browser channels". This is where you will find the pushed page. I get my local weather pushed to me twice daily and this icon comes up until I look at the weather page.

How do you setup these push pages? I'm using a 7290 with 4.0 on Cingular with a BES 4.0 account and I can't get to the "push services" page at mobile.blackberry.com. It tells me I must be using the internet browser and I'm not.
