Default 7250 Error Msg... - 07-14-2005, 11:14 AM
One of the VP's of my company just emailed me about this issue.

"Getting "uncaught exception 285" next line. "Greater than equal to 285". Happens when I try to compose new email. "

He has a new Verizon 7250. I can't find any information on this error anywhere. Any thoughts?

Couldn't find an answer from RIM but the only option to correct that is to completely wipe the handheld and reload handheld software..
