Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

RoverActive Games is featuring Microforum International and all of their great titles for 40% off. Come check it out at http://roveractive.com/featuredeveloper/. You can also get an additional 20% off if you subscribe to the newsletter. That's some serious savings.

Microforum International has titles like Tatics Soccer ($5.97), MicroGP ($5.97), and others. One of my favorites is Timeline Battleship Cruiser. Great AI and fun to play.

Good hunting and hope to see you all there.

Type until it hurts!

I bought Bubble Gun last November. It ran so slow on my 7230, I didn't use it. When I upgraded to a 7290, I tried it on that device, and it's still painfully slow. I haven't tried any of the other titles.

Good call, no try before you buy? Especially with games which tend to go one way or the other, great or awful... Even at a discount I'd like to see if I even enjoy it before I purchase

BlackBerry model 7250 is the fastest model. The Nextel 7520 is the next fastest.

The games probably would perform acceptably on these models. The 7290 is still less than half the speed of the 7250.

Upgraded to the latest version of Bubble Gun via Handango, and now it runs OK on my 7290. The game screen still says version 1.0.0, though the files have a newer date than before.

Anyone know if any of the other Microforum International titles run an acceptable speed on a 7290-class Blackberry (those slower than a 7250 or 7520)?
