Is there a way to chang ethe order fo the icons at the start screen. Or maybe organize them into folders ( For instance, FOLDER titled "GAMES" with all game icons at start screen )?

Folders no, move yes. Scroll to the icon you wish to move, hold the

key and click the scroll wheel, you will have an option to move icon.
