Question HTML Browser and Yahoo Mail - 07-19-2005, 11:02 AM

I was very excited to finally get the new HTML browser on my 7520 and have been navigating to certain sites very well.

BUT, I'm disappointed with how yahoo mail shows up. The way yahoo mail comes up on the HTML browser is almost impossible to navigate.... I can't seem to get to my inbox with any reasonable clicks or selections. And often after loading the page, it suddenly wipes the screen clear and goes back to a previous page.

The NOL browser turns out to be much better for navigating yahoo mail.

I was hoping to use the HTML browser with yahoo mail in case I was sent attachments which you cannot see using NOL. But I can't get to my inbox using the HTML browser.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a setting or somthing? Or is it just that yahoo mail is THAT hard to access with the HTML browser?

Default Yahoo and reqwireless - 07-19-2005, 11:37 AM

I'm not a huge fan of reqwireless, but it does work for viewing my yahoo mail account on my BB.

I'm currently looking at a way to forward those messages from Yahoo to my BWC so they will show up through my BB e-mail viewer. I'm not willing to upgrade to the yahoo premier services though...

Check out reqwireless, it may work for you.
