we have one bberry user who has 2600 contacts in his outlook contacts but 2200 on his bberry.

he states that many do not sync up either direction. synching is turned on, settings are just as any other user (who all report no issue with contacts not synching)

the only thing that is different is that his secretary enters many into his outlook contacts folder via her login (thru outlook and exchange permissions).

he has plenty of space left (13000 kb free).

my thought is that she can enter in outlook and all is well there but her permissions do not extend in some way to how it syncs on the BES or 400 of them are duplicates in someway and not even bothering to sync.

the user is at a remote site serviced thru our bes server. there is a tech on hand and when i visited last week the user was 'to busy' to let me take the bberry to look at it. i can look at exchange and user object settings. i can pass any info to the tech for him to check it out.

i am not a bberry person in that i just started using one myself but am an exchange/ad person.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
