I have a user here that receives an Intellisync - Email Reconciliation Error while trying to sync the blackberry. During the sync, it appears at "processing handheld: retrieving messages". When you click OK, it goes away and he is able to send and receive emails to the device with no problems, even wireless. The software has been reloaded on the PC and the device. I've also logged in as this user in my office which gave me the same error message. Does anyone have any ideas that I can try?
He has a 7230 v3.7.1.14 (platform 1.6.1.41)

The title of the tread was the error message.
We've tried everything we know except running Java Loader. If that does not work, I think I'm going to call the device in as being defective and try a new one.
What email software are you using? Exchange or Notes.
I know that for notes you may need to check there Location Document. There mail file must be pointing to the correct mail file....... If that makes any sense to you...
We are using Exchange. The problem is actually with the device 7230. What I did to test this was, I gave the guy a new 7230 and sync'd the device with no problems. Then I used a different person's SIM and tried to sync again, but received the error so there has to be something wrong with the device. I didn't try running java loader, but I'm calling it in for a replacement today.
