Default Separate inboxes - any way for different icons? - 04-03-2008, 11:54 AM

I have BIS and BES on my ATT 8310 Curve.

I know that the 4 incoming email address each have their own inbox, w/ the exception of my BES which just drops in the the main Mail inbox. Is there any way, in that main Mail inbox, to identify the source of forwarding inbox? For example, I'd like to possibly color code gmail, yahoo and work as different colors so I know which ones are which. Ideas?

How about using Empower BES Mailbox? (Empower your BlackBerry with HTML Email Viewer and BES MailBox)

This gives you a seperate icon for only your BES Inbox.

Thanks,

Mark

Will this work on the new 8330? Is there a beta version that supports the newer OS?

Why would Rim not have this option?? Any BIS account is seperate but BES combines with everything including sms mms and BBMS

Yes, we do have users on Curve as well. Empower BESMailBox v3 for OS 4.3 was released yesterday. Downloads at Empower your BlackBerry with HTML Email Viewer and BES MailBox , details at Empower BES MailBox v3.0 Released - Now Supports OS 4.3 | BerryReview

Ani,

I updated my BES Mailbox and it is working but with one strange occurrence. When I open the BES Mailbox for some reason one of my BIS accounts pops up for a split second then it goes to the BES Folder. Any suggestions?
