Hi... I am new to this forum and am hoping to get some help with my new BB curve. I am running Outlook 2007, DM 4.3, on Vista BE.

When attempting to configure the sync, I start with the calendar sync. I go through the prompts, and when I hit 'Finish', I get an error: "Unable to locate folder". DM then stops responding and I need to restart the pc.

After meddling a bit more, I noticed that if I configure sync just for Contacts, it lets me finish. However, all my contacts and calendar data reside in my Outlook "Personal Folders" data file and the DM software is only able to map to my unused "Archive Folders". I tried to select Personal Folders in the sync Advanced option of Folder Mapping, but I get an error that the the folder is a "leaf of a tree" or something.

What is preventing me from mapping to my Outlook folders? Does anyone have any idea what I could do differently?

You might want to try dm 4.2 it works a lot better.

I strongly agree with Zero. Don't waste your time with 4.3.
