Hello,

New to the forum and am in need of some help. I can't seem to get Microsoft Outlook 2000 to show on my PIM list when I go to synch. I get ASCII, Lotus, and Netscape. I have made Outlook my default email client but am unsure what else to do. I am using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.0 software. I am running Windows 2000 on my machine with Outlook 2000. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure Outlook is installed for Corporate Workgroup and not Internet Only.

Uninstall Desktop Manager
Start -> Run: regsvr32 atl.dll
Reinstall Desktop Manager
