craig did you get this sorted out? I don't know what the error message means, and I'm sorry nobody else has been able to help either. Give us a few more details.

You need to install the handheld Operating System code onto your desktop. Download the latest code from your vendor and install it. Then try to load the 3rd party applications.

Install DM
Install handheld OS code (from your carrier)
Delete "Vendor.XML" from your C: drive
Install third party apps
Start DM and APplication Loader

It should work fine.

Where do I get handheld os code? Tried deleting vendor.xml and still same hassle, what I did is I went to properties of verichat, then to modules and it gives 2 unavalailable applications (net.rim.blackberry.api) and (net.rim.blackberry.crypto1) maybe this should shed some more light

What model BB and carrier are you using? You need to download the handheld OS (third time I'm writing this) from your carrier.

Yes, it does say you have MMS. I don't think anyone has actually be able to USE these new capabilities.
