I have a problem with my Blackberry Messenger (BB Msgr) after do blackberry swap using "Switch Device Wizard" option from Blackberry Desktop Manager.

The problems that I’m facing are:

1. While communicating with Mr. X, suddenly my latest post of mine goes to Mr. Y.
2. I received the BB Msgr bubble on Mr. Z icon, but when I opened the massage is actually came from Mr. V.

This is quite critical as I always discuss confidential matters over BB Msgr. To remove all contact and add again one by one will be the last resort as I have more than 30 contacts as for now.

Could you please help?

Delete a few contacts and add those back and see what happens.
It seems like the PINs are not being read correctly.

I used switch device and had same issue. I ultimately did as akos suggested and all is good

At some point yesterday the amount of people on my list got thrown off and now its showing one more than is actually there (ie showing 28/29 when there are only 28 on my list. I did a battery pull but I dont know what else to do. I mean its not REALLY an issue, its more annoying than anything. But if someone has a fix that'd be great!
