I have a Bb 8820 which is connected to BEs and my company uses Lotus Notes.

I would like to be able to sync my calendar and contactpersons with my own (Home) Ms Outlook.

Installing the desktop software and making the choice for exchange server did work to sync but system emails where sent from the desktop soft to my home outlook account and my Bb had to be reset to communicate with the Notes server again .... so is there anyone who can help me out here ?

You can't sync your BB with your home software if you are on a BES. UNLESS the component you want to sync at home IS NOT sync'd on the BES. For example, if you want your contacts to sync with your home outlook, A) Your contacts must be unsync'd on the BES, and B) You need the BIS install of the DM software, not the BES.

ok thanks - will try to sync my contacts as these are not on BES
