Hi hopefull some one here can help me.

We have a BES server in house and we all use BB Pearls.

When we access a internal site using the Blackberry Browser Http://servername we keep getting the follwing error :

Unsupported Browser
Your request could not be served because your browser is not supported. Support browsers are
internet Explorer versions 6+ and firewfox.

The site is a monitoring tools called Whats up and monitors our servers ?

have you gone into browser > menu > options > general options > emulation mode > IE?

treid that, now all i get is a little white screen with no message

after changing the emulation mode make sure you save it, then hold the back key to close the browser. try to load the page again. If that doesnt work keep cycling through your emulation modes and trying it.
