Default 523 and 200 Errors - 05-10-2008, 07:54 AM

I have done a search and found info, but it is not working.

I have been getting 200 and 523 errors over the past few days. My BB Curve has slowed down to the point it takes about 3 minutes for me to disconnect from a phone call. My call list disapears almost immediatly after call attempts. I have 1 missed call indicator that will not go away no matter what I try, even though call list is blank.

I have 990 contacts listed in my contact folder.

I have deleted unnecessary emails. I d/l latest software, deleted vendor xml and plugged in phone. Nothing appeared to happen.
I have attempted to install JL loader to wipe the device, but get a path error message. I am not sure what I can do to fix this.

Laptop is running Vista

This is my company phone, and I am on 24 hr call. It is important I get this fixed timely. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If it's the company phone, have you contacted your BES Admin about this?

The sim chip is the company's. The phone is mine. I do not have another phone I can use at this time. I can not get the phone to reboot. Almost every call that comes in now, causes the phone to reset "200 error reset". I am in a bind to get this fixed, and can not get anything to work.

Any guidance is appreciated.
