I've got a client that files all her messages. When she goes to View Folders and navigates to any of the folders, they all show up empty.

She has a 7290 with 4.0 handheld software connected to a BES 4.0 SP1 HF1.

Any ideas? I can navigate mine fine and another client with a 7290 can do the same.

If this is a newly activated user then remember the BES will only send over the last few hundred emails from the Exchange mail store. Therefore, if those filed emails exceed the last few hundred she has received then they will not show up in the folders.. If you haven't already then it's worth pinging a test mail over, getting her to file it (in Outlook) and then check the folder on the BB to see if the changes have propogated to the handheld

Even messages she filed after I activated the blackberry don't show up. She files all of her messages so she loses them off her blackberry and is unable to retrieve them.

Any other ideas?

Sounds like a corrupt database
clear the messages, folders, folder id databases on the handheld and try again

I am having the same issue with BBv3.6 and Exchange. If messages are added to a folder in my inbox the folders on my BB show up empty. Any insight as to why this is happening would be appreciated.
