Default Help with 8330 and desktop software v4.2 SP2 - 05-16-2008, 10:28 AM

Hi:

I recently change cell carriers and I now have a Curve 8330 (had the 8320 before). Problem is, my old version of the desktop software and device manager don't recognize the 8330.

So I upgraded to desktop software v4.3. It recognized the device no problem, but won't synch with Office 2000 (and specifically Outlook 2000). So based on some searches, I downgraded to the latest version 4.2 SO2 desktop software, and once again, it won't recognize the 8330.

Any suggestions? Is possible to find just the device driver for the 8330 without installing the entire desktop software package (it's nowhere on the disk, that's for sure).

Thanks in advance.
