Default ALL exchange users have sync issue messages after installing BB Prof Software - 05-20-2008, 12:24 PM

After installing the BB Professional Software and having all the BB's connected and running, not only they, but EVERY person running Outlook 2007 and connected to Exchange 2003 are now receiving hourly messages in their Exchange "sync issues" folder similar to this one:

9:33:50 Synchronizer Version 12.0.6300
9:33:50 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Axxxx xxen'
9:33:50 Done
9:33:50 Microsoft Exchange offline address book
9:33:50 0X8004010F

No such problem before installing the BB software. When BB software is uninstalled, the problem goes away. What's the missing piece of the puzzle to make those sync issues go away AND run the BB software on the Exchange Server?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Default Solution Found - 05-29-2008, 09:14 AM

I finally found the solution. I'm posting it here in case some one else has the same challenge. The BlackBerry install evidently added some subfolders in the offline address book but left off the replication information. See You receive error 8004010F, and event IDs 3043, 3048, 9335, and 9331 are logged when you try to download the offline address book in Exchange Server 2003 or in Exchange 2000 Server for detais on how to resolve this issue.
