Default App Loader wants to downgrade OTA installed software - 05-27-2008, 11:55 PM

Is there any way to stop or work around DM 4.3 Application Loader from downgrading my programs that I installed over the air?

Whenever I want to install a new app, that has no OTA install option, I have to reinstall many of my OTA installed apps. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

That means that you have Desktop versions installed somewhere with an .alx and .cod. Find and delete those versions wherever you have them stored on your computer. Then DM will recognize your current versions.

Thanks JC!

The old versions were being called from my 3rd party apps backup folder that I created from your how-to. Thanks again.
