i am trying to install DTM 4.2.2 sp2 on my wife's PC from the supplied disk and, given that this failed, a RIM download. i am using 4.2.2 because 4.3 is not comptable with Outlook 2000.
The PC has had previous copies of DTM installed an then removed via "Add/Remove" with no difficulty.
Towards the end of the install process i receive error messages concerning a "corrupt cab" and a "2350.fdi server error" - this occurs with both the disk and the web installs.
Can anyone help, please?
