I have an 8830 and we are BES 4.1.4. When I open an email in outlook 2k3 SP2 in my inbox it doesn't reflect that I've read it on my BB. I've checked all the settings and wireless sync is on and everything.

If I read it on the BB first it reflects in outlook a few seconds later. So from the BB to Outlook seems to be working fine.

Just looking for a little help to an annoying problem.

That is the expected behavior of sync. Every 15 minutes, the BB will check-in and sync with changes made in Outlook. Going the other direction, changes made on the BB are reflected very quickly in Outlook and on the Exchange server -- there is no "time lag."
