I buy a curve for a friend, that usually use a HTC621.

so i plug the usb, on both, and try to transfer the data from the HTC to the new curve with Desktop manager 4.3 but the software dont allow me to do it.

is anyone have an idea of why and how can i do it?

What data are you wanting to transfer? If it's just PIM Organizer data then you'll need to sync the HTC with Outlook, then sync Outlook to the BB.

i want to transfer txt msg, and contact list...

You can sync the contact list from HTC to Outlook then from Outlook to BB. I don't think you can transfer your sms text.
