Default Crash during DM sync - 06-03-2008, 08:53 AM

I'm doing a sync of my 8830 with Desktop Manager 4.2.2.12.

Intellisync loads and starts to do the calendar compare. It gets to "Reading from Microsoft Outlook Calendar" and then stops at "199 of 459 records." After a pause, it crashes (I get the "Do you want to report this to Microsoft?" window).

I'm assuming that record 199 in Outlook is corrupt. However, I'm not sure how to track down which record this is. I've gone into Outlook and brought up my calendar in a line-by-line entry (i.e., I get 459 lines) and sorted by date (asc). I go to line 199. What's there seems innocuous.

I'm not sure if sorted by date (asc) is the correct way to determine what record 199 really is. Does anyone know how I need to sort this list to determine what it's getting stuck on?

Thanks.

It does appear that you have an error in that or an adjacent record.

This might help you find it.
