Default Desktop manager for 7100t fails with LotusNotes

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to enable Blackberry wireless sync for may calendar, Intellsync just goes into hang right after it has completed "processing 16 of 16 records".

I usually then have to unplug my device and reboot my computer to get it back.

RIM support thinks its a LotusNotes connectivity issues, buth have not been able to advise on a fix.

Any ideas?

Default I figured it out

It's a BUG with the new version of Desktop Manager that ships with 7100t. Here's what I had to do to fix it:

-- I loaded the old version of desktop manager and enabled wireless sync.

-- Once it was enabled, I loaded the new version of desktop manager and tested it out again.

The only reason I needed the load the new version is that i supports putting both work and home addresses on the device. Otherwise, you can totally use the old version with NO problems.

Hope this helps others who run into Lotus Notes sync issues with this version.
