Does anyone have the most up-to-date version of Blackberry Desktop Manager Software Installer (.msi) on their pc at all?

I've been trying to download the lastest BDM from the blackberry but all that happens is it downloads the first 3mb at a fast download rate then plummets down to 9kbps then halfway it decides to give up the ghost by mentioning Fatal Error! this and Illegal Act! that - the problem is my configuration of my internet and to put right will cost £170 so the slow internet won't be solved anytime soon...

Is there any chance someone could either email it to me or advise me of another way to download it? Even if i have to pay someone to put it on a cd or something - i have BDM version 4.1.0.10 (which i know is dated) and i'm pretty sure the device's software is dated as well so i would like to sort this asap
