Hi

I have just installed Blackberry Professional and am in the process of assigning devices (mix of 8820, 8320 and Pearl) to users. All is going well with the 8820/8320s but everytime I attach the Pearls to the server and try to assign the device I get a message 'There are no connected devices'. This is not a problem with the 8820/8320s only the Pearls. I am connecting via the USB Cable. Any help appreciated
