Hi, I am the BES Admin for a company that has over 75 Blackberry handheld and a BES Server (both running v4.0 software).

I have one user using a 7100T that is all set up for wireless reconciliation but the deleted items are not synching. Everything else works. You can see on the handheld when an item changes status on the desktop (i.e. goes from unread to read). But when you delete and email off of either the desktop or the handheld it does not synch to the other.

I've done all of he obvious things like ensuring that Wireless reconcile is on, Delete on Mailbox and Handheld is selected. I've redone the Wireless activation and resent the service book to the handheld. None of this has worked.

Any ideas?

Can you provide a little background on your setup?

1. When you delete the message from outlook is it still in the deleted items?
2. when you delete the messages from the handheld are you using the delete prior option?

option 1 = false, not going to work
option 2 = true, not going to work
