Hi All! I'm a relative newbie when it comes to Blackberrys, so I'm still getting up to speed on all the nuances of the various software applications.

I've successfully installed the bluetooth drivers and BDM sees my Pearl just fine. My problem is that it only starts a sync when the BDM is first started. Example, I can close BDM and restart and not 30 seconds later, it is syncing with my phone.

However, if I walk away from my computer and lose the bluetooth connection, it doesn't try to reconnect/resync when I'm back in range. BDM shows no device connected. Also, if I stay in range, the only time it syncs is if I restart the program. I can select "Synchronize"... "Synchronize now" but nothing happens.

I'd like it to automatically reconnect when I get in range and sync more often then when I initially start the program.

Any hints or help you can provide?
