Default JVM errors - 10-14-2004, 10:59 PM

I have had trouble with the unit locking up and I have tried both hard ans soft resets.

JVM Error 528
Corrupt Filesystem enrecoverable. All data will be lost: 1 Debug on type HELP.

I reset again and got:
JVM error 101
Previous startup failed

I used CONT.
Timer on for a long time
Verifying securty.

Now I have the home screen.

I can make changes - I have lost ALL data.

Is this a sign of pending hardware failure ???
