this is a very nice program. you dont even have to use your dm to use it.

I havent been able to get it to work yet only sync one or two songs

did you recieve an update after you downloaded it and installed? it worked ok for me. im doing my wife itunes now. it did let me know how many songs didnt get synced cause of copyright laws! so it does leave out some songs.

the same songs are on my ipod

For the record I fail to see the point of this software. With 4.5 you can move over your playlists however you want, without the software. It doesnt transfer the images if you use iTunes to get the album art. It is also extremely slow to sync. I am disappointed RIM.

I think that this program is great for anyone with an ipod. I was able to move my playlists right to my bb. Prior to this I was having to use windows media player (The roxio application is too slooowww).

This application is as slow as roxio, if not slower. I just use a microSDHC card reader, moving 4-6gb of information is much faster even if you include the blackberry boot time That is one reason i cant wait for the 9000, no more USB 1.1
