I don't have the solution to your issue but I do have a work around.

Connect the device, let it begin synching. Cancel the synch BEFORE it reaches the calendar.

Goto to Backup/Restore
Advanced
Select the Calander Database on the Handheld
Select Clear (this will delete the database)
Manually select synchronize (this will load the entire calendar)

Once this has been done I have gone weeks or months without another occurance.

Please let me know how it goes!

Good luck,

E-

I was able to get around it but selecting refresh in 'Configure Synch", chose the calendar then click 'choose' and select Operation = 'import' and check refresh...

If that doesn't hold I'll check out your workaround 'thatzmister2u'. Thanks!

Awesome! Obviously still a problem with 4.2.2, but Thatz's workaround, well, works!

Many thanks for the post. I've been trying to resolve a sync problem for two weeks that crashed desktop manager every time. This fix did the trick.
