My question is, I cant remember password. I went online and typed in my pin. It was sucessfully sent to my phone....? I never got it. Also I did it on my browser. I tried user name as well. Thanks for reading and any input is appreciated.

I would make sure you put in the correct PIN

If you did and still don't receive password you will need to call your provider to have the BIS acct reset
