I have a 8110 it all works with no problems however if I click on the address book the phone freezes and does not go into the address book. As soon as I press the hang up button the phone works fine again.

What do I need to do?

First, try a simple battery pull reset--with the BB powered on, remove, hold a few seconds, replace and reboot.

If still problem, look at your Options > Security > General Settings, and see if Cotent Protection might be enabled on the Address Book. if so, disable it, and see.

Thanx for you help I went through those settings. A battery restart does solve the problem but the fault re-occurs a few days later.
