Default Email in Folder - 10-15-2004, 02:49 PM

I have a client who uses Lotus Notes for mail and receives email wirelessly. He rencently was looking for an older message on his blackberry and could not find it in any of the folders. My question is, is a Blackberry capable of view all emails that a person has? He has a lot of email from way before Blackberrys even existed. He has all his folders on the blackberry but when he opens the, there is nothing in there. Is there an option I am missing on this?

Emails arrive to the blackberry from when the BES account is created... and then forward from there. The device is not designed to see anything other than mails coming in. He can see all the folders do that he has the ability to file new messages. Unfortunatley filing is all he can do.

If he really wants a mail from many moons ago he will have to forward it to himself.

The reason for this is because the messages sitting in those folders were never seen by the BlackBerry
