Hello everbody,

I have a big big problem which I coudn't solve by my self. Our BlackBerry Server changed (also the SRP and ID) and now I can't sync the old device to the new server because there is an error msg "Device IT Policy rejected".

But I can't wipe the device because I have tons of messenger contacts on it and some sms they wont lose...

Is there a trick or a way to backup and restore that?

Because I allready tried. I can backup only BB Messenger and SMS but I can't restore it because it's greyd out.
