I am facing this typical problem when one of my blackberry user's mail is trying to be forwarded to handheld.
Please note that earlier his mails were encrypted but since comissioning we have removed all sort of notes encryption.
If anyone has faced such problem, kindly help.

I'm gathering its on a BES? Regenerate the security key.
