I am a new member to this forum, but a frequent reader with a common problem. Before I am sent a link to a previous discussion, I just wanna make it known that I have had this problem before and solved it by deleting programs and such to clear memory. That worked the first time BUT NOT THIS TIME! I have PLENTY of memory as well as a 4 GB card, where all my media is stored. Is this an OS problem or do I need to do something drastic to my BB, such as a complete wipe or get a new BB?
I would really love to know what the source of the problem is bc its pretty ridiculous.

*super frustrated bc I'm on vacation not able to take pictures now!

I have the same issue with my 8100 Pearl. I have been told that it is a software problem and fauklty device from Vodafone and it looks like a common issue from reading many forums. RIM support have ignored me for over 2 weeks nbow and I am stuck with a device that freezes and no no camera - not happy at all with product or support!
