I've successfully installed desktop mgr / redirector on my laptop, but tried installing it on my desktop and on this install, non of my email profiles are showing up in options / email profile settings. I have created new mail profiles through the control panel as well as selected a default profile, installed 3.6.3SP3 of the desktop software, did a complete uninstall/reinstall several times, ran the pst cleanup utility, etc. I am using outlook 2003 as my mail client. In outlook, I can access any of my mail profiles. Any ideas on this particular issue?
