The PST file to which you sync Outlook doesn't update until after close and reopening, I think. I am not sure, but try that.
Yes. Each and every time. Had to, since after the crash, Outlook reports that another app has the file locked. Even when it wasn't reporting that, I still rebooted.
When I last had this problem, I read the FAQ you sent. Sorry, but I don't see anything in here that I haven't tried. Is there something, outside of removing attachments, that you wanted me to see?
I think the solution to my problem should be simple: once I know how to determine what record 448 is, I can just delete that one.
