Yes. Each and every time. Had to, since after the crash, Outlook reports that another app has the file locked. Even when it wasn't reporting that, I still rebooted.
When I last had this problem, I read the FAQ you sent. Sorry, but I don't see anything in here that I haven't tried. Is there something, outside of removing attachments, that you wanted me to see?
I think the solution to my problem should be simple: once I know how to determine what record 448 is, I can just delete that one.
