Guys,

i wrote a blackberry application to create a screenshot of BlackBerry display.
the application is free for limited features.

The Application name is "she".
Only work for OS 4.2.2 and higher.
(the bb developers know that image encoding start at 4.3, but i create
the image using external API for BMP algorithm)

application will produce BMP file that a screen capture of BlackBerry display,
and save the file at BlackBerry device memory with name o.bmp

May I strongly suggest: allow it to store to a Micro SD card

on the commercial application,
it have these features:

• JPEG and PNG image type
• Storage on Device Memory and MicroSD
• Overwrite and Autorenamed file output

Good - that will be a big help to application developers in creating documentation.

May I ask the cost of the commercial version (US)?

You should get a trial of commercial version of she application ..

nice apps.... I love it...

Installed the app to try. When I attempted to launch the app, my phone froze. Reboot and repeat: froze again.

I am uninstalling.

Didn't work for me either. Promptly uninstalled.

I installed this app and another from this group, and I have to say something is a bit fishy... loaded the app, ran it... phone froze but the Data TX arrows were going nuts... I'm not saying anything, just be ve-wwy careful (in an Elmer Fudd voice).
