Having a small problem here. It seems like when a user gets an email on their laptop/desktop and opens it, it doesn't mark it as read on the blackberry. In the past this has worked so we are not sure if this is due to any recent upgrades. Our BES is on 4.1.5.33, our devices are 7130, 8100, 8330, and 8100. I double checked and the wireless reconcile is on. How long does it usually take to reconcile? And is there an option to turn it on or speed up the time?

Reconciliation happens at different intervals depending on various factors.
Sometimes it can take 10-15 minutes... sometimes only a few seconds.
You can't change this behavior.

Well it's been about 30 minutes and it's still marked as new. Is it possible that there is a problem. The previous test we did took only about 12 minutes then it reconciled.
