I have an 8130 and I'm using BB Desktop Manager 4.3.0.17 with Microsoft Outlook 2007. I have been synching my calendar, contacts, and tasks with no issues up for the last month until yesterday. It will crash the desktop manager everytime I synched. I was able to determine that everything was synching except for my calendar. So based on the articles here I tried to find the corrupt calendar item and delete it. I wasn't able to find the corrupt calendar item. Based on another article it said that my Intellisync folder could be corrupt. I deleted the entire Research in Motion folder under C:\Documents and Settings\name\Application Data\Research In Motion BU\BlackBerry and now I recieve aan Unknown Error Reported everytime I try to click on the Config Synch or Synchronize now button. Any ideas? I can't synch anything now. Thanks for your help.

I unistalled the DM, registered the atl.dll, rebooted, reinstalled, reconfigured and synched. Works now..

I was going to tell you to backup the device and clear your calendar and try a re-sync. Looks like you have it covered...

I'm receiving the same problem with a user I have but its not their calendar. It's their contacts. Anything different that i should do? I'm not familiar with the att.dll file that you're talking about.

How do you do this exactly?
