Default get rid of carrier's signature on sent emails

Please Login to Remove!

(not sure if this is the right cat, if not please move)

how do i get rid of the automatic signature that my carrier adds to emails i send from my bb?

ps i've written to them and they have, in their time-honoured fashion, ignored me.

thanks shaun, unfortunately it doesn't explain how to log into my BIS account. any ideas how to track that down?

i tracked it down to
https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html/

entered the UN/PW for the email account i have configged on my bb, but get an incorrect message. have written to vodafone asking for help.

will return and update if i have any luck.

i think i did do the reading. if i click on that link, then on the European/UK carriers i get 4 options:

* British Telecommunications plc
* O2 (UK) Limited
* T-Mobile UK Ltd.
* Vodafone UK

none of which are mine (vodafone espaa).

(i tried editing the sig on email setup on my bb but it's conveniently disabled)

That only edits the BES autosignature. BIS autosignatures must be edited via your carrier's BIS site.
