Hi,

One of my users dropped his Blackberry 8300 and he got a new Blackberry8310. Before, he used the desktop redirector to retrieve his Exchange email. After he replaced his new phone, we setup the Blackberry internet service for him. Everything seems to be fine except he is getting all these ETP messages to his phone/Outlook. I removed the older version of desktop manager and install the latest version (4.6) and those message are still coming to his phone/oultook. Can anyone suggest what to do to resolve this problem? I really want to get this problem fix asap.
