Unhappy Help me please

i have a BB 8707v
software 4.2 ( i upgrade it)
the phone was reading arabic
after i upgrade it to 4.2
i lost the arabic language support
try to download the Multi language file
install it
but faild
someone help me please
before i throw up the BB out of the window

What's the status of your blackberry ? does it start or you have a 507 error on the screen?
