Default Help setting up email

Please Login to Remove!

Hey i just a new bb pearl 8130 and when i try to set up and email account it says an account is already registered over this PIN

When i put in the username for the existing users i used the PIN as the username and did forgot password and it said password was sent but i never got it.

Ive tryed a hard reset, didnt do anything either

Someone owned it before. Either work through them or the carrier. If you owned a previous bb then there is confusion with your BIS Acct.
However, make sure you registered the phone properly.

Damn verizon, they told me it was a brand new phone
